Hi Cliff,

Thanks your email!

Hi egghead,

In face, MS office is not support Chinese input and output. I must tell you not all applications run on Mac are support Chinese. If you want to make something with Chinese you can use AppleWorks, FileMakers Pro for Chinese, Tex-Edit Plus (this is shareware) or other. (If you can tell me what applications you are use, may be I can help you more.)

The Chinese version of MacOS 8.6 upgrade is only for the Mac which have installed Chinese version MacOS, not for English MacOS with Chinese language kit.

Regards,

Hermes
